T.W. Bailey is an outstanding contractor. He has remodeled our kitchen, master bath and built on a fabulous master closet for us. We were frustrated by our small galley kitchen and did not think there was much that could be done to improve it but T.W. and his creative spirit showed us otherwise. He turned our 1960’s run down galley kitchen into a showplace!

I am most impressed with his attention to detail and ability to complete projects in a timely manner. As opposed to most contractors, he was on our job site daily to make sure things were moving ahead according to schedule. I cannot count the times he has returned since to work out details and kinks without extra charge or complaint. Both of our remodels were completed according to schedule and in a beautiful way. I also was completely comfortable with his crew being in my home on a daily basis because T.W. is a trustworthy person and only hires trustworthy subcontractors to work on his job sites.

I would gladly recommend Mr. Bailey (and have done so) to anyone looking for a contractor for a new construction or remodel on their home. He is a great man and a great contractor. My husband and I are proud to have had the opportunity to get to know him over the years and plan on enjoying his work for years to come!

Bailey Family Builders has successfully bid and built three single family new constructions projects for the City of Garland Housing and Community Services Department since 2010. The construction of each project has been exemplary, with each project having been toured by senior staff and city council upon completion, resulting in a very high regard for the builder. Inspections and building finals have always been timely with Mr. Bailey, and everyone in our organization has been highly satisfied with the homes constructed and the finishes provided.

T.W. built us a wonderful home on challenging terrain. His expertise and networking proved priceless in keeping our project within budget. While other builders were reluctant to meet the challenge; T.W. was not. Our own architect was also impressed enough to say that T.W. built one of the most solid and accurate to the original drawn designs as he has seen.

My wife and I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending T.W. for any home building project and truly consider him close to our hearts.
